Responsibilities:
• Set up and implement tracking and event tracking to monitor user interactions by designing and implementing methods to capture data on user behavior, engagement, and navigation patterns to enhance website usability.
• Create and maintain visualizations of website performance metrics by developing and updating visual representations of website performance, including domain traffic, conversion rates, and user interaction insights.
• Analyze data to optimize website functionality using web analytics tools to evaluate the effectiveness of user interface adjustments, navigation paths, and content changes.
• Manage data analysis and reporting through tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, and Sensor by employing data visualization and reporting tools to generate actionable insights from website data, focusing on engagement metrics and user flows.
• Customize events and parameters for monitoring user behavior and identifying conversion triggers by establishing custom tracking parameters and event triggers to gain deeper insights into user behavior and conversion pathways.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure website compliance and optimize performance by working with marketing, compliance, and IT teams to integrate feedback into site improvements, enhance site functionality, and align with compliance standards.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate and refine site effectiveness by using A/B testing to compare versions of website elements, analyzing results to make informed adjustments that improve user experience.
• Provide actionable insights based on user behavior trends and website performance metrics by interpreting data trends to suggest improvements in website structure, content, and design for optimal performance.
• Organize and maintain website data systems, including backup domains, to ensure continuous availability and easy access to website data by managing data systems and maintaining backup domains.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in website coordination, digital operations, or similar roles.
• Experience with website analytics, tracking setup, and web optimization.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS systems for basic content adjustments.
• Knowledge of web principles, including DNS, ISP management, and web hosting.
• Demonstrated experience in domain management, website compliance, and fraud monitoring.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams effectively.
• Project management experience with tools like Asana or Trello.
• A strong understanding of web principles, ISP protocols, and DNS configuration.
