Role Overview:

We are seeking skilled

Web Developers

with expertise in

SEO, Google Analytics, and Digital Media Advertising

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and managing websites while implementing effective SEO strategies and running digital ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Development:

Develop, optimize, and maintain websites using modern web technologies. Ensure websites are

mobile-friendly

,

responsive

, and

SEO-optimized

. Troubleshoot and debug website issues.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for

higher search rankings

. Implement

on-page and off-page SEO strategies

to drive organic traffic. Analyze website performance and SEO effectiveness using

Google Analytics and Search Console

.

Google Analytics & Ad Specialist:

Set up and manage

Google Analytics

to track web traffic and user behavior. Develop and execute

Google Ads

and

social media ad campaigns

for targeted audiences. Optimize campaigns for

ROI and conversion

improvements.

Digital Media & Marketing:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop

digital marketing strategies

. Create and manage

social media advertising

campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Utilize

data-driven insights

to optimize ad performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years

of experience in web development, SEO, and digital advertising. Proficiency in

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and CMS platforms

. Strong knowledge of

SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console

. Experience with

Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms

. Familiarity with

social media marketing and digital branding

. Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making. Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment in

Dubai

.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in

Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEO

(a plus). Knowledge of

graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) for social media creatives

. Experience with

email marketing, CRM, and automation tools
