Since our inception in 2013, Eyesight and Eyemazy have been committed to producing awe-inspiring and exclusive works of art with high printing quality. Every eye holds its own beauty and uniqueness. Our specially crafted technology/software, developed and produced in Germany, propels our franchise model to new iris art standards globally.

To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a dedicated Technical Support & Web Developer professional to join our dynamic team. We're interested in hearing from you if you have experience installing software, Adobe Photoshop, and web development, and are willing to work on weekends and in the evenings on weekdays.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advice on Photoshop tools and design principles in accordance with the Company's guidelines, and guide franchisee teams through technical-related concerns.
• Quickly and effectively troubleshoot and fix software problems.
• Assist franchisees with software updates, configuration, and general usability issues.
• Advance and improve our multinational website
• Create and enhance web content / work on web projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Keep thorough records of all interactions with franchisees and the solutions offered for future reference.

Requirements:

• Technical support or a similar sector, with a track record.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and a strong understanding of the fundamentals of tools used in graphic design.
• Strong knowledge of program configuration, installation, and compatibility issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid web development skills, including HTML, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and successfully manage time.
• Must be based in the UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
