Job Title: Web Developer cum Digital marketer Sales Representative

Job Summary:

As a Web Developer cum Digital marketer Sales Representative, you have to Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications. you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our digital marketing services. You will collaborate with our marketing and service teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive results.

•Digital Marketing•:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media.

- Conduct SEO audits and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.

- Create, curate, and manage content for social media channels and email marketing campaigns.

- Analyze and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics.

•Web Development•:

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications.

- Write clean, efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.

- Collaborate with the design team to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional websites.

- Ensure website optimization for speed, scalability, and user experience.

- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, PPC, email, social media).

- Create and manage content for our website, blog, and social media platforms.

- Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools.

- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.

- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visuals and multimedia content.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.

- Manage online advertising campaigns and budgets.

- Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.

- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing).

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing & web Development industry.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and services.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
