:Join our TeamAbout this opportunity We are now looking for a Digital and E-Biz Application Support/Web Centre Site Expert(WCS). This job role is responsible for driving team, hands on technical work and mentoring, monitoring, coordination, support, management, and execution of reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.What you will do Performance Management
Maintain production system & ensuring its performance and stability.
Evaluate performance on day-to-day basis and raise any issues with performance teams.
Manage Escalations on performance Issues.
Daily governance with team on application performance and process
Defect & Problem Management:
Manage & Solve:L1 Issues, Development / Desing Defect (In co-ordination with Development & Desing partner),
Product Issues (in co-ordination with 3rd party vendors)
Responsible for L2 analysis by analyzing system log, Database, heap dump, thread dumps, PCAP files to trace IT & network defects issues.
Responsible for driving E2E investigation with 3rd party vendors.
Reporting of defect status in form of reports
Incident Management:
Responsible for Driving E2E closure of any E-business / Digital channel related Incidents
Work in tandem with Incident Management for closure of Issues.
Release Management:
Design Review, Test case validation & Deployment of CRs on production environments
Ensure production sanity by solving post deployment issues.
Application patch deployments, security Vulnerability review and fix support PCI/DSS compliance & Certificate management
You will bring
Education: Graduate in Computer Science or similar
Experience: 8-12 years into Oracle WebCenter sites & WebLogic Application Server
Leadership:- Minimum 3-5 years of team leader experience ( 5 to 10 resources )
Sound understanding on Mobile Application generic & Technical architecture including business & payment flows.
Should include understanding on Messaging Bus Interactions (Webservice & Queue based) in typical 3 tier architecture.
Experienced in web application 3 tier-based application support.
Excellent Understanding & Hands-on
Oracle LDAP, SOAP, JSON, XML interfaces
JMS architecture, JBOSS, TOMCAT, APACHE web servers, OpenShift Platform, ELK
Basic understanding of telecom domain and other integrated applications like Billing Systems, EAI/ Messaging platforms, Payment gateways.
Should be willing to work in 24*7 environment
