Job Description

Web Portals Specialist is a key position in charge of executing and marketing all product listings for sale and lease on the online portals. S/he will be involved in developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies, conducting market research, analysis, evaluating trends, and activities involving portals, with overall goal of maximizing leads.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media. The Web Portals Specialist must be an organized multitasker to be able to handle diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

The goal is to communicate effectively with the market and cultivate customers' interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitates our continuous growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge of executing and marketing all product listing for sale and lease on the web and online portals.
• Support the Web & Portal Manager in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy through analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars.
• Support the Marketing Coordinator with Market Price Index as per competitors Market Analysis for sales and Leasing.
• Developing pricing strategies for lead generation for Portals.
• Handling designated portals and responsible for maintaining top ranking for PSI listings.
• Daily efforts with the internal listing team to provide Hot and Featured units.
• Monitor PSI units all over the websites daily in terms of Photos, prices, titles, Floor Plans ensuring that the listing criteria is met.
• Participate in recommending lead generation efforts for the sales and leasing teams.
• Focus on generating more monthly leads and working on reports prepared for previous month.
• Monthly reviews with portal account managers, discuss reports and check any amendments in comparison with competitors and what flaws or issues we may face with portals and solutions.
• Preparing monthly reports for company websites and portals for leads and number of transactions.
• Preparing cost sheet and updating them to check if amount spent and results received in (leads and transactions) is at least break even.
• Deleting all old listings at the beginning of every month and refreshing with new listings as per the marketing plans for specific months.
• Receiving feedback from the call center manager for leads received from portals and rectifying any client concerns or complaints.
• Analyzing published data and statistics on our portals and company websites.
• Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring "safe systems of work" and "safe conditions" are in place within area of responsibility.
• Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE

Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.

Experience:

• 3+ years' experience as a real estate broker or 2 years' experience as a marketing coordinator.
• Experience with research using data analytics software.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.

Skills and Competencies:

• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
