The First Group Hospitality is looking for a Graphic Designer who is enthusiastic about hospitality design, able to create visually stunning graphics for hotels, restaurants, and bars. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the graphic designer will be responsible for developing marketing materials, designing menus and artwork, and ensuring consistent branding across all visual elements.
Content Creation:
Digital
Design graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital ads.
Develop engaging content for seasonal promotions, special events, and guest experiences.
Create visuals for online booking platforms, ensuring brand alignment.
Maintain consistent visual branding across all digital and print platforms.
Print Design:
Design menus, event invitations, and in-room promotional materials.
Prepare and manage print-ready files, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
Collaboration with Teams:
Work closely with marketing, food & beverage, and hotel teams to align visual assets with campaign goals.
Collaborate with departments to ensure designs support sales, promotions, and guest engagement strategies.
Adapt designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
Brand Consistency and Quality Control:
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and visual standards.
Review designs for accuracy and quality before publication or print.
Maintain a cohesive look and feel across all brand touchpoints.
Creative Strategy and Innovation:
Stay updated on design trends in the hospitality industry to keep visuals fresh and engaging.
Provide creative direction for new campaigns, concepts, and content ideas.
Develop innovative ways to visually represent the brand and enhance the guest experience.
Desired Skill & Expertise:
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing Strategy or related field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer (preferably within the hospitality industry or related fields like travel, luxury, or food & beverage)
• Agency experience is an advantage.
Preferred Computer Proficiency• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Lightroom
• Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with other design tools like Canva, Sketch, or Figma is a plus. - Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation (Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro) is an advantage
