Job Overview: We are seeking a talented Web and App Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our web presence and mobile applications. You will work closely with our marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure that our digital platforms are user-friendly, efficient, and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications that support our short-term rental business.
• Design and build mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements, establish timelines, and identify potential risks.
• Implement responsive web designs to ensure optimal user experiences across all devices.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
• Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Web Developer and Mobile App Developer.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in back-end technologies: Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar.
• Experience with mobile app development frameworks: React Native, Flutter, or Swift for iOS, and Kotlin or Java for Android.
• Familiarity with database management systems: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the hospitality or real estate industry.
• Knowledge of SEO principles.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
