Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Web Analytics:

Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversions, and user behavior using Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar, and Google Tag Manager. Generate and present insightful performance reports. Set up and manage tracking tags, events, and goals for digital campaigns.

Web Performance Optimization:

Audit and optimize website performance for speed and responsiveness. Identify and resolve Core Web Vitals issues (LCP, CLS, FID). Work closely with the development team to implement front-end performance improvements. Optimize assets through lazy loading, image compression, code minification, caching strategies, and CDN integration.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with development, marketing, SEO, and design teams. Recommend improvements for UX/UI based on data insights. Stay updated with performance and analytics trends and tools.

New Relic or Datadog

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in web analytics and/or performance optimization. Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and key web performance tools listed above. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for debugging purposes. Strong analytical and communication skills.

Must be currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately.

Nice to Have:

Experience with A/B testing (Google Optimize, VWO). Knowledge of SEO and CRO best practices. Familiarity with server-side performance and CDN services.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
