areas for improvementOPERATIONSAs an Intern, you will be responsible for:\xc2\xb7 Receiving coaching and mentoring to enable you to understand our organization and projects to develop your skills\xc2\xb7 Completing internal projects to identify business improvements and critical customer outcomes\xc2\xb7 Learning about our organization, our systems and processes to assist with the completion of projects and tasks\xc2\xb7 Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders\xc2\xb7 Presenting your project outcomes to our Senior Leadership team\xc2\xb7 Providing feedback at the conclusion of your internship\xc2\xb7 Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintainedCOMMUNICATION\xc2\xb7 Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external\xc2\xb7 Supervisors & Managers should clearly communicate expectations, roles and responsibilities to their reportsFINANCIAL\xc2\xb7 All employees have an accountability to the organisation to be financially responsible whether they are in charge of a function budget or simply their own expenses\xc2\xb7 Costs incurred should be within approved budget, processed within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and
