Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls to customers to advise them of products.
- Keep up with Product Knowledge & promotions.
- Should follow proper calling script for calls.
- Adhere to the Dialer KPI.
- Have a Customer centric approach.
- Good Follow-up & Lead management.
- Keep a track of daily/Weekly & monthly Targets.
- Must have one of the language skills- Chinese, Russian
- Must be fluent in English communication
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Tele calling experience
- Preferably from Real estate experience
- Efficiency in MS office
- Drive for Result
