MEP Planning Engineer Job description / Role:

Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates for MEP projects.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
Evaluate and analyze project specifications and drawings.
Implement project management best practices to ensure efficient project delivery.
Identify critical paths, bottlenecks, and potential risks in project schedules.
Monitor and update project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines.
Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
Prepare regular reports on project status, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
Provide input on resource allocation and optimization.
Conduct periodic site visits to assess progress and address any planning-related issues.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in GCC as MEP Planning Engineer.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
