Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including contractors, architects, and developers.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for waterproofing products.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical consultations based on project needs.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations aligned with client requirements.
• Negotiate terms and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide sales reports and updates to the management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience in the construction or the waterproofing industry.
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing products and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
