Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Waterproofing Foreman to oversee and manage the waterproofing operations on our high-rise building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all waterproofing tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Coordination:

• Lead and supervise a team of waterproofing workers, ensuring that tasks are carried out efficiently and to high standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to ensure seamless workflow and project integration.
• Schedule and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.

Technical Expertise:

• Oversee the application of waterproofing materials on various structures, including foundations, walls, roofs, and other critical areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to waterproofing processes, materials, or installations.

Quality Control:

• Ensure all waterproofing work meets the required quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
• Conduct final inspections to verify the effectiveness of waterproofing measures.

Safety Management:

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all team members adhere to safety guidelines.
• Conduct safety meetings and training sessions to promote a safe working environment.
• Report any safety incidents or near-misses to the site supervisor and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant trade certification or technical training is preferred.
• 5-10 Years proven experience as a Waterproofing Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry, particularly in high-rise building projects.
• Extensive knowledge of waterproofing techniques, materials, and best practices.
• Familiarity with construction safety protocols and regulations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
