Waterpark Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly qualified Aquatics Manager to oversee all water-related operations and safety programs at our waterpark. This role combines technical expertise with operational management to ensure the highest standards of safety and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aquatic operations, including pools, water attractions, and related facilities Manage water quality control, chemical balance, and filtration systems Lead and develop the lifeguard team, including recruitment, training, and scheduling Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards Implement and maintain emergency response procedures Conduct regular safety audits and maintain detailed documentation Manage maintenance schedules for all aquatic facilities and equipment Coordinate with operations team on capacity management and guest flow Work with maintenance team on preventive maintenance programs Develop and manage departmental budgets

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in aquatics management, preferably in a waterpark setting Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Facility Management, or related field Advanced certifications in pool operations and water safety management Current certification in Lifeguard Instructor Training Strong knowledge of water chemistry and filtration systems Experience with risk management and emergency response procedures Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and industry standards

Technical Requirements:

Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or equivalent qualification Advanced First Aid and CPR certification Knowledge of automated chemical control systems Understanding of water attraction mechanics and operations

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

UAE: 3 years (Preferred) * Water Park Operations Management: 3 years (Preferred)
