Job Description

Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and specifications.



Verify quality of materials, workmanship, and construction processes.



Identify and recommend corrective actions for deviations or deficiencies.



Perform tests and sampling as required.



Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards.



Review and approve documents related to construction, including method statements and material submittals.



Prepare inspection reports and maintain records of inspections and tests.



Review daily reports and progress claims from contractors.



Attend meetings with clients and third parties.



Adhere to QHSE policies and perform activities required by relevant procedures.

Application Requirements:

Experience in PMC or construction projects.



Knowledge of engineering principles, construction techniques, and materials.



Familiarity with codes, regulations, and industry standards.



Proficiency in inspections and quality control procedures.



Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.



Software proficiency for documentation and reporting.



Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, GCC/UAE experience desirable.



Education: Minimum bachelor's in civil engineering.



Language: English proficiency is mandatory.
