• Monitoring and expediting of existing Service Line Subsidiaries in the geographical area (such as for recent acquisition) regarding:
• Completion of integration inside Egis Control and Performance System
• Monitoring of organization of Business (contracts and staff)
• Reinforcing of Talent acquisition for sustainability of Business activity (for example to mitigate key people leaving)
• People retaining program linked to increase in skill capacity to be organized with other skills center of the Service Line (for example WME Bangalore)
• Screening of potential partners for new markets and eventual coming acquisition
• Commercial branding and alignment with Egis Service Line

Job description

• Develop and sustain an effective regional service line organizational structure and skill base for Water and Energy to meet short- and long-term needs.
• Support the Service Line Water and Energy in developing regional business plans for all services.
• Evaluate future market conditions and align strategies to leverage changes or opportunities.
• Ensure responsibility for Sustainability, Environment, and Quality is upheld by all employees.
• Exhibit effective innovation leadership consistently.
• Maximize financial results of the service line within the region, including profit and loss, fixed assets, capital expenditure, and receivables.
• Execute and ensure effective delivery of operational and budgetary objectives.
• Establish PnL forecasts, revenue, and profits per guidelines, ensuring teamwork to meet or exceed targets.
• Provide commercial evaluations and pricing recommendations for the service line\'s services
• Collaborate with HR, Tender Unit, and RBLD for operational planning, staff utilization, future project demand planning, talent acquisition, mobility, and retention.
• Ensure service line group operations meet performance, quality, efficiency, and cost-effective resource management objectives.
• Identify, nurture, and develop leads into active opportunities and pursuit plans within the set strategy.
• Plan and implement strategic marketing campaigns, adhering to global service line marketing strategies.
• Engage with select clients and key accounts on current and future business opportunities.
• Assist Country/Area and Regional Sales Teams by providing sales training and marketing materials for specific opportunities or clients.
• Support tender preparations, act as bid manager, or ensure resource availability for successful tender preparation.
• Ensure Country/Area and Regional Sales Teams receive sales training and marketing material, utilizing global technical experts to support regional ambitions.
• Lead in people management to foster a motivated, disciplined, and productive workforce, including effective staff leadership, performance management, objective setting, and appraisals.
• Drive recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain a high-performing, talented workforce.

Profile

• Should have more than 10 years\' experience mainly in project management, commercial, and development
• Should have a strong background in water and energy (urban and/or river/costal/ports expertise, and or energy production)
• Track record of project profitability, in a fast-growing environment, in a matrix organisation
• Fluent in English, a good command of French and Arabic would be a plus
