Job Summary:

Responsible in safeguarding all the company properties at the assigned areas for protection and safekeeping purposes. Full accountability for any lost or damages of such properties that occurred within the time of his duty. Performs basic support tasks to assist maintenance technicians in installing, repairing, painting works, and all other work related in maintenance section.

s:

• Undertake the surveillance of the buildings and the protection of tenants.
• Responsible for detecting any suspicious happenings and preventing vandalism, thefts, or any other criminal behavior.
• Maintain records of all activities observed on the premises to keep the building owner apprised of the security situation and advise the Supervisor on any further measures' facility management.
• Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance.
• Clean interior of the building, as well as machinery and equipment, and exterior of the building
• Complete administrative duties, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to supervisor.
• Comply with all safety and health regulations.
• Keep inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and equipment, and report needs to supervisor.
• Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
• Work with and maintain relationships with contracted vendors.
• Any other assignments / duties given from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Watchman: 1 year (Required)
