Reporting to The Galleria Boutique Director, you will manage a team of WFJ Sales Assistants and the WFJ activities of the boutique.
Highly present on the floor, you will follow the team to support them daily in their role as a true ambassador guaranteeing the CHANEL Brand image and ensuring the deployment of the Chanel strategy in the boutique. Combining solid leadership, team spirit and a strong results orientation and business acumen, you will develop the individual's potential, excellence of the customer experience of the team and you will pave the way for success of the WFJ boutique on quantitative and qualitative levers. Enthusiastic, pro-active and attentive, you will work closely with the Boutique Director and the Fashion Management to amplify the client's journey by offering the full boutique experience and thus promote collaboration and the successful achievement of results.

Managing a team of WFJ Sales Assistants:Ensure the teams proper understanding and deployment of the House's strategy
Drive the WFJ Sales Assistants on the floor and ensure efficient collaboration and synergies with Fashion teams
Convey trust in your team and maximize the potential of the individual, define the priority actions of individual skills development and monitor them while ensuring regular communication to the Boutique Director
Strongly contribute to the individual team members performance appraisals and remuneration reviews
Coach and mentor the team to reach their full potential through prompt feedback on results and competencies
Driving the WFJ business and managing the WFJ activitiesIn collaboration with Boutique Director, you possess a 360 view of business activity and you contribute to the development and implementation of the boutique overall business strategy
Monitor business indicators on WFJ in collaboration with Commercial & Operations Manager and High-End Business Manager and work closely with all team members to create and implement effective business action plans
Partner with Marketing Manager and CRM team to implement clienteling strategies to initiate new clients' acquisitions capitalizing on existing loyal clients and client's retention
Ensure the visibility of the product line in collaboration with Visual Merchandising
In the absence of the Boutique Director, you act as key decision maker in WFJ activities
Build relationships within the retail community to enrich competitor insight and communicate with Boutique Director key information
Oversee the compliance with Boutique procedures and the Boutique Charter
Ensuring the ultimate luxury experienceYou are an Ambassador of the Brand with clients and you embody the environmental and societal values of the House
Work closely with Boutique Management to create and implement effective action plans to enhance our services
Pro-actively propose suggestions for a better client experience and boutique operational efficiency

What you will bring :More than 5 years of experience in boutique or department management within a luxury Retail environment, preferably in Watches & Jewellery
Analytical skills and result orientation
Natural leadership, solid managerial skills, collaborative mindset as well as excellent communication skills will be a real asset to succeed in this position
Great knowledge of Abu Dhabi market and its unique dynamism and ability to assess local market opportunities having a solid top clients portfolio
Fluency in English ; Arabic or Russian will be an advantage
Position based in our Fashion & WFJ Boutique in The Galleria Mall, Abu Dhabi.
