Description - ExternalResponsible to ensure, supervise the operations and maintenance of lake cleaning , lake dredging , underwater cleaning of water bodies, lake water quality management , sludge processing and disposal , lake water treatment, sludge dewatering & sludge drying and disposal as per DM procedure.
- Responsible for carrying out day to day operations process engineering and maintenance.
- To respond and attend reactive maintenance (necessary material, equipment and manpower).
- To carry out conditional survey for various equipment of lake water equipments, pumps , dewatering yards, mechanical dewatering systems Pumping Stations and facilities.
- To carry out risk assessment and environment impact assessment of the dredging, sludge pumping & processing operations as and when required.
- Carrying out pricing & proposal for under water dredging & cleaning, sludge processing.
- To monitor and follow-up Scada and PLC systems of dewatering systems.
- Monitoring of preparation of job completion reports and monthly annual reports to the client.
- To conduct the tool box meetings.
- To ensure the quality of dewatered sludge for disposal in compliance with DM Standard.
- To respond organize the dewatering during the emergency scenes like flooding due to rain etc.
- To upkeep, plan and monitor KPI.
- Reporting all daily operations to manager and following his instruction as per management requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, customers, stake holders.
- Attend 24/7 stand by duty.
- Implement and ensure compliance of all direct/indirect reports EHS&Q regulations.
- To upkeep the reputation of the Company, always.
- Bachelors Degree in engineering, specialized in Waste water treatment is a must.
- Relevant professional certification is preferred.
- Basic awareness training in ISO14001 is preferred.
- Light Vehicle Driving License is mandatory
- 8 - 10 years of experience in Operations and maintenance of STP and sewage Pumping stations, lake dredging, under water cleaning, sludge processing and disposal, and mechanical dewatering with 3 years Supervisory Experience.
- Numerical Ability, Customer Service Orientation and Problem-Solving skills.
- Ethics & integrity and Result Orientation.
- Advanced communication skills in English (Oral and Written) and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
- Computer applications in MS office & Maximo.
