Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible with ensuring that all warranty processes are in place and monitored, planning, executing Warranty audits in the dealer network and action plan implementation, providing daily support to markets for Warranty related queries and authorization of Goodwill Claims.Main Responsibility:
- Manage dealer warranty enquiries.
- Distribute related news and information.
- Conduct on site dealer audits for Middle East region as required.
- Claims processing / clearing of Logical Checks
- Conduct Warranty Parts Audits / Checks.
- Ensure Warranty Parts checks are conducted in line with policy guidelines.
- Conduct dealer warranty coaching / training.
- Participate in factory warranty training / conferences.
- Conduct warranty dealer workshops when necessary.
- Ensure parts disposal comply with policy.
- Develop processes to improve dealer satisfaction for warranty processes where necessary.
- Develop reports to monitor dealer performance for selected dealers regarding warranty.
- Communicate with IT department to ensure all systems remain up to date and operational.
- Warranty process audits and charged back confirmation and processing.
- Licensed Automotive Mechanic
- Understanding of all technical and warranty processes.
- Able to monitor and manage the retail network regarding warranty.
- Warranty knowledge & experience & Management of Key Performance Indicators
