Oversee all warranty activities for EPC/EPCI projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
Develop and implement warranty procedures and processes to effectively manage claims and issues.
Collaborate with procurement and contracts teams to ensure warranty clauses are clearly defined and negotiated in all contracts.
Review and analyse contracts to identify and mitigate potential warranty-related risks.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors regarding warranty issues.
Coordinate with clients and vendors to resolve warranty claims promptly and efficiently.
Maintain comprehensive records of all warranty claims, actions taken, and resolutions achieved.
Prepare detailed reports on warranty performance and trends, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Ensure all warranty activities comply with ADNOC standards and other relevant industry regulations.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance and address any issues.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related field). An advanced degree (Masters) is preferred but not required.
15+ years of experience in warranty management, procurement, and contracts within EPC/EPCI Oil & Gas projects.
Extensive experience with ADNOC standards.
Fluent level of written and spoken Italian and English languages.
