JOB PURPOSE:ExecuJet MRO Services is currently seeking a suitably qualified experienced Warranty Administrator to fill a vacancy within the Maintenance Department. The main objective of the role is to perform all the warranty functions and activities independently and efficiently.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinating settlements between Warranty and Billing teams.
Liaising with Planners / Commercial & Materials Coordinators to ensure correct Warranties are applied for Customer Maintenance inputs.
Administering Warranty claims with various OEMs and providers represented.
Administering optional program claims with various service providers.
Performing monthly reconciliation of warranty claims with accounts.
Maintaining records of completed Warranty claims per Company Procedures.
Following up with Engineering team for expanded details or explanations of questioned warranty claims.
Re-billing any rejected claims onward to customers.
Ensuring claims are filed and closed in a minimal timeframe, while ensuring that the Company, Program Holder (OEM) and Claimant are all properly represented.
Reporting monthly Warranty billing and claims status to senior management.
Assisting with development of Corridor program upgrades and reporting relating to Warranties.
Guiding MRO personnel on Warranty & Program information as relates to the application of the programs and the customers particularities.
Assisting in the development and enhancement of warranty / billing processes and procedures.
Assisting as necessary with warranty / billing office administration.
Raising issues and recommendations to the department manager to foster continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:Essential:
Computer Literate.
Competent at MS Excel.
Past Experience in a similar role.
Desirable:
Experience in Corridor ERP system.
Finance or Accounting Background.
Experience in Aviation MRO or similar environment.
