Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor will manage the end-to-end process of spare parts application and allocation across regional operations. This role requires effective coordination with local and regional warehouse staff to ensure accurate tracking, timely distribution, and inventory management of materials and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Spare Parts Application and Allocation

• Monitor and update logistics orders for timeliness; provide prompt feedback on actual shipping and receiving dates.
• Allocate relevant materials within the system for daily distribution of spare parts, ensuring receipt accuracy across regions.
• Perform inventory counts during receiving and shipping to verify consistency with system records and physical stock, reporting any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with local warehouse staff to manage, allocate, and distribute materials in a timely manner.

2. Inventory Count and Account Management

• Conduct daily, monthly, and annual stock counts; summarize results and adjust for discrepancies.
• Submit timely account adjustment requests for work order discrepancies and follow up on their status.
• Manage DOA (Dead on Arrival) and DAP (Defective After Purchase) machines in the area, assisting the finance department in account reconciliation and accurate system entries.

3. Data Updates and Tracking

• Update and report on unposted work orders, regional inventory, and consumption metrics, ensuring accurate data by excluding outdated orders.
• Synchronize regional service provider maintenance records with the CRM system, addressing any inconsistencies and unposted work orders promptly.
• Record monthly transportation costs for spare parts from headquarters to the UAE and across the Middle East.

4. Routine Operational Tasks

• Report and monitor spare parts shortages.
• Report and track quality issues as they arise.
• Ensure timely posting of maintenance work orders.
• Submit daily reports on repair and unrepairable quantities, categorized by reason.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all repair work.
• Assist colleagues in responding to customer technical inquiries.
• Fulfill headquarters' 6S standardization requirements for warehouse operations.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform tasks related to warehousing, including inventory counts and the handling of spare parts.
• Ability to travel to local and regional locations as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
