We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who has experience in planning and performs work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, pricing, delivering, and maintaining a perpetual inventory of forms, supplies, and various types of equipment.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily warehouse activities including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics and floor productivity.
• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
• Receive, unload, and shelve products & supplies, checking quantity and quality as per purchase orders or samples.
• Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
• Repair or return damage stock.
• Manage inventory demand by making forecasts for product demand to ensure sustainability for inventory.
• Issuing purchase orders based on inventory forecasts.
• Register correct data on company systems (i.e. LIGHTSPEED) - insuring it is always up to date.
• Share all relevant data to Finance in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper distribution and storage of received products.
• Maintain all daily, weekly or monthly purchasing checklists.
• Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate purchasing steps and inventory control are being followed.
• Produce monthly reports on damaged & marketing items and submit them to finance in a timely manner.
• Prepare bi-annual reports on problematic inventory items as per management requests.
• Manage logistics of goods shipping and delivery as needed, including managing driver schedules.
• Create and maintain inventory of all incoming and current supplies.
• Manage accurate inventory of all products through monthly stock-taking at all company branches.
• Share regular inventory reports with Managing Director for product performance and re-ordering purposes.
• Other duties may be assigned as per management needs.
Summary of Skills:
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in same field.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Excellent math, organizational, and computer literacy skills.
• Ability to communicate business-related and general information efficiently in verbal and written formats.
• Proficient at managing inventory and maintaining inventory accounts.
• Possess superior task, resource and time management abilities.
• Exemplary problem solving skills that help to identify defects and shortcomings.
• Flexible to work at any locations and in any shifts.
