Position Overview:The Warehouse Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeingthe daily operations of the warehouse facility. They are responsible for coordinating,managing, and optimizing various aspects of the warehouse, including inventorymanagement, staff supervision, safety compliance, and efficient workflow. TheThe Warehouse Supervisor ensures that goods are received, stored, and shippedaccurately and timely, while also maintaining a safe and organized workingenvironment.Key Responsibilities:1. Supervision:Led and managed a team of warehouse staff, including reporting,attendance, scheduling & training.Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork,accountability, and continuous improvement.Provide guidance and coaching to staff, promoting their professionaldevelopment.2. Inventory Management:Oversee the accurate receiving, sorting, and storing of incoming goods,ensuring proper documentation and tracking.Coordinate regular inventory counts, audits, and cycle checks tomaintain accurate stock levels.Monitor inventory turnover rates and implement strategies to optimizeinventory levels and reduce carrying costs.3. Order Fulfillment:Supervise the picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensuretimely and accurate order fulfillment.Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate shipments, track deliverystatus, and address any issues that arise during transit.4. Workflow Optimization:Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and proceduresto streamline operations and maximize productivity.Continuously evaluate workflow and make adjustments as needed toimprove efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.Perform the tasks of the team member/s in their absence, especiallywhen there is a shortage of staff and a requirement of groundwork to bedone.Perform all additional tasks assigned by the LineManager/Management.5. Safety and Compliance:Enforce safety guidelines, standards, and best practices to maintain asafe working environment for all warehouse employees.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including OSHA andother local safety standards.6. Equipment Maintenance:Coordinate maintenance and repairs for warehouse equipment, suchas forklifts, conveyor systems, and packing machinery.Perform routine inspections to identify potential equipment issues andaddress them promptly.7. Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other relevantdata using Tally/SAGE.Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) tomonitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.8. Communication:Liaise with other departments, such as procurement, sales, andcustomer service, to ensure smooth collaboration and order accuracy.Communicate effectively with staff, management, and external partnersto address any operational challenges or opportunities.Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree or relevant diploma/certification.
• Proven experience of at least 5-7 years in warehouse operations, with at least
• 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and best
• practices.
• Proficiency in using Tally; SAGE is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
