Warehouse Supervisor
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency. Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods. Implement and enforce safety and security protocols. Train new warehouse employees on procedures and safety measures. Collaborate with management to optimize warehouse processes. Requirements:
Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Knowledge of inventory management and logistics. Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (if applicable).
