What You Will Do: Leading a team of warehouse associates, ensuring the efficient execution of all warehouse activities, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility. Promoting safety, optimizing inventory management, coordinating logistics, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Responsible of managing the daily SAP transaction in terms of entering the received, shipped, produced stocks, and finished goods. Foster a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration, open communication, and a strong commitment to achieving operational goals. Ensure accurate and timely execution of warehouse processes to meet customer demands and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layouts, storage systems, and material handling equipment to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency. Monitor and enforce compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to uphold accuracy, productivity, and safety standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement inventory control strategies, including cycle counting, stock rotation, and product availability. Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular audits, and investigate any discrepancies to minimize stockouts, overstock, and product obsolescence. Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate replenishment activities to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize carrying costs. Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency enhancements within the warehouse operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Previous experience (3- 5 years) in a warehouse leadership role, preferably within a supply chain or logistics environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes. Proven ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using (SAP) System Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
