REQUIRED SUPERVISOR TO WORK IN MANUFACTURING UNIT IN ABU DHABHI

PREFER MALE WITH MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE.

Stores Supervisor Responsibilities

1. Supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations.

2. Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

3. Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to maintain accurate records.

4. Implement and enforce proper inventory management procedures, including cycle counts and stock rotation.

5. Coordinate with purchasing and procurement departments to ensure that stock levels align with demand and production requirements.

6. Collaborate with other departments, such as production, sales, and customer service, to understand their storage and distribution needs and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

7. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, adhering to health and safety regulations.

8. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and streamline processes.

9. Train and mentor warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.

10. Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Stores Supervisor Required Skills

Required Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in supply chain management or logistics is a plus.

2. Proven experience as a Stores Supervisor or similar role in a warehouse or distribution center.

3. Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.

4. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.

5. Understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.

6. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite.

7. Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if required).

8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

9. Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

10. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
