We are seeking diligent and organized Warehouse Staff to join our team in the UAE. Warehouse Staff will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. The ideal candidates will be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Receiving: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices to ensure accuracy. Storage: Properly store goods in designated areas, ensuring items are organized and accessible. Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Order Picking: Accurately pick items from shelves based on order specifications and prepare them for packing. Packing: Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring that all necessary documentation is included. Shipping: Prepare and label shipments, coordinate with shipping carriers, and ensure timely dispatch of orders. Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and damages, ensuring only high-quality items are sent out. Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures and standards. Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently. Reporting: Report any discrepancies, damages, or inventory shortages to the warehouse supervisor. Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic computer literacy. Physical Requirements: Physically fit, able to lift heavy objects, and perform tasks that require standing, bending, and walking for long periods. Certifications: Forklift certification is a plus. Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
