The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible in leading and driving the operational teams to achieve daily operational and business targets to an agreed operating plan and budget.What you will do

• Efficient planning of workload, routines, MHE (Material Handling Equipment) and resource
• Keeping quality standards, accuracy, adherence to agreed processes, presentation of product
• Proactive associate development and leadership
• Maintain the health, safety and security of the warehouse
• Continuous process improvements through innovations

Required skills to be successful

• Warehousing & Fulfillment Operations Experience
• In depth understanding of the systems (SAP)
• Stakeholder management (internal & external clients)
• Cost Conscious and convert data to make operational decisions

About the team
The role will report to the Warehouse Manager - MENA. This position interfaces with various internal and external stakeholders.What equips you for the role
