: Accountant

Position Title: Accountant

Location: Ajman, United Arab Emirates

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing VAT expenses, tracking records, creating invoices and delivery notes, and maintaining inventory records in the warehouse. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books is essential. Candidates with UAE experience and a reference ready to be provided are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• VAT Management: Submit VAT expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
• Record Keeping: Maintain and track financial records, ensuring they are updated and accurate.
• Invoicing: Create and manage invoices for clients and customers.
• Delivery Notes: Prepare and keep track of delivery notes for goods dispatched.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels in the warehouse, ensuring accuracy in records.
• Accounting Software: Utilize accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books for all financial tasks.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports as required.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as an accountant, with specific experience in VAT management and inventory tracking. UAE experience is highly desirable.
• Software Skills: Proficient in Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.
• References: Ability to provide a reference from previous employment.
