Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing consumer goods distributor, dedicated to delivering high-quality products to the customers. They seek a strategic and skilled Warehouse Manager to optimize warehouse operations, streamline order and fulfillment processes, and manage inventory.The ideal candidate will implement a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensure efficient goods flow. Responsibilities include restructuring and managing day-to-day operations at their Dubai distribution center and a smaller Abu Dhabi warehouse. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on FMCG distribution experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in improving operational efficiency and warehouse processes.Key Responsibilities:Warehouse Management:

• Restructure and optimize order management and fulfillment processes.
• Oversee warehouse operations for accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Implement best practices for inventory control, space utilization, returns management, and order fulfillment.
• Lead initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce errors, and boost productivity.
• Introduce a Warehouse Management System (WMS) in collaboration with IT.
• Enhance performance targets and KPIs such as SL, OTIF, Fill Rate, Inventory Turn, Storage Utilization, and Warehouse Productivity.

Deliveries/Logistics Management:

• Develop and implement strategies for efficient transportation and distribution.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics partners for on-time delivery and cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor transportation costs, identify savings, and negotiate carrier contracts.
• Organize and track delivery drivers to ensure optimal deliveries to B2B and B2C customers.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and train a team of 47 warehouse and logistics professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the team meets performance targets and KPIs like SL, OTIF, Fill Rate, OOS, and Inventory Turn.

Warehouse Budget:

• Plan and manage the warehouse budget, ensuring cost-effective resource use.
• Monitor budget performance, investigate variances, and take corrective actions as needed.

Continuous Improvement and Optimization:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain quality control measures for accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Stay updated on trends in operations and identify opportunities for innovation.

REQUIREMENTSQualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (Master\'s degree is a plus).
• 10 years of experience in warehouse operations for an FMCG business, with 5 years in management.
• Experience in warehouse process improvements, restructuring, and WMS implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of best practices and emerging trends in operations and supply chain management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
