We are Hiring Warehouse Manager / Stock controller

We, Thumbelina Global Motors seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse / Stock controller to join our esteemed Global Motors Company based in Jebel Ali Freezone, UAE.

•Job Title: Warehouse Manager•

•Location:• Jebel Ali Freezone

•Job Type:• Full-time

•Salary:• AED 8,000

•Responsibilities:•

- Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures.

- Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular stock audits.

- Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Maintain and manage warehouse equipment and supplies.

- Develop and manage warehouse budgets and expenses.

•Qualifications:•

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.

- Excellent knowledge of warehouse management software and best practices.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.

•Responsibilities:•

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for operations.

- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to identify discrepancies.

- Update inventory management systems with accurate data.

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.

- Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.

- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.

- Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs.

•Qualifications:•

- Proven experience as a Stock Controller or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
