Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations. Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inventory control, logistics, and staff supervision. Plan and execute efficient storage and distribution processes to meet business and customer demands. Ensure accurate stock management by overseeing regular inventory audits and implementing control measures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and legal requirements. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs. Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations. Monitor and report on operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and morale. Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory. Assist in preparing regular reports for senior management on stock levels, equipment movements, and operational performance. Audit internal locations and reconcile regularly home locations in the database, inspect discrepancies, and coordinate to rectify these.

Qualification / Requirements:

Leadership skills and experience managing a team. Solid experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations. Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse technologies. Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in warehouse settings. Proven experience in warehouse management, operations, or inventory control. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Knowledge of inventory management systems and general warehouse operations. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
