Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our textile printing warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, particularly in the textile or printing industry. They will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the textile printing warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts
• Coordinate with production and sales teams to prioritize orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory turnover and on-time delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the textile or printing industry
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management principles
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
