Responsibilities:1.Perpetual evaluation of production report and analysis of the raw material status on daily basis.
2.Ensures stocks availability for PMI issuance as per Production plans. Sales Order, Sample Requisition,
3.Distribution Center, And Exports requirements and continuous follow-ups to Purchase Department for the top priority raw materials.
4.Govern the forecast and ensure the ordering pattern of all raw material SKUs as per the lead time from suppliers, consumption and reorder leveling.
5.Inspecting the warehouse on daily basis to ensure the proper binning process of all the RM and FG.
6.Implementing and Conducting safety rules and regulation, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, mitigation to enable zero accidents throughout the operation.
7.Implement all warehouse SOPs to ensure smooth functioning of warehouse operations.
8.Gathering information on fast moving and slow-moving RM and passing on the task meeting members so as to plan an efficient production and distribution process.
9.Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and comparing with stored data in BOM.
10.Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning warehouse staffs and following up on work results.
11.Conducting monthly warehouse staff meeting to discuss and find new ways and ideas to improve the productivity.
12.Developed reorder level reports, analyze cost inside warehouse to assess stock movement and coverage to avoid stock out scenarios by calculating all the export orders plus current stock with respect to all SKU movements in General.
13.Manage all warehouse supply chain from receiving of the raw materials to final distribution of finished goods for local and exports shipments.Requirements
1.Graduate with Degree or Diploma
2.8-10years\' experience in Manufacturing preferred in Perfume
3.Microsoft Word & Excel Fluency. English language fluency
4.Paying attention to detail even when working under pressure
5.Excellent communication skills - Both Oral /Written.
6.Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects simultaneously with short deadlines
7.Passion and enthusiasm for new tasks
8.A flexible approach when working in a team
