Burger Wings is a fast-growing, customer-focused restaurant serving the best burgers and wings in town! We're looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead our team, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

1- Oversee daily store operations, including staff management and customer service

2- Hire, train, and motivate team members

3- Maintain quality control, food safety, and cleanliness standards

4- Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage costs

5- Ensure a positive and efficient work environment

6- Handle cash management and financial reporting

7- Implement strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

A- Previous experience in restaurant or retail management (preferred)

B- Strong leadership and communication skills

C- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

D- Knowledge of food safety regulations

E- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Fast Food: 1 year (Preferred) Restaurant Management: 1 year (Preferred) Food & Beverages: 1 year (Preferred)
