Job Description

Rubber World Industry, a leading manufacturer of HVAC products in UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Ensure the warehouse operates efficiently and effectively, meeting productivity and accuracy targets.
• Train, and supervise warehouse staff, including forklift operators, warehouse associates, and supervisors.
• Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and coverage.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee inventory management processes, including stock counts and audits.
• Implement and manage inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies and ensure proper stock levels.
• Develop and enforce safety procedures and protocols to minimize workplace accidents and injuries.
• Analyze warehouse processes and identify opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement best practices and technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, including key metrics such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and inventory levels.
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, including shipping and receiving documents, inventory logs, and safety reports.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment of orders.
• Monitor and control expenses to stay within budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Proficiency in MS-Office and ERP software.
