Job Title: Supervisor - Warehouse & Logistics

Core Job Responsibilities:

Individual should be capable of developing an Aviation Warehouse and system independently.

? Oversee the inventory management and control processes for aircraft spare parts and materials.

? The controlling and monitoring of day-to-day stores activity, including data entry and recording of stock movements in the AD software

? Ensuring that the stores areas are well defined and indicated by applicable signs into - inwards goods, Bonded store, unserviceable, Serviceable areas, Commercial Goods, DG Storage, and lockable Quarantine area and that parts are placed in the correct locations.

? Collaborate with maintenance planning and engineering teams to forecast spare parts and materials requirements.

? Monitor and analyze inventory levels, implementing strategies to optimize stock and reduce costs.

? Knowledge of Warehouse Infrastructure planning and development.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in aviation management with added qualification in Warehouse/ Logistics Management.

Experience Required:

- At least 10+ years of experience in an Airline/ Warehouse & Logistics.

Competencies:

Proven experience in Warehouse, Logistics and Stores management within the aircraft maintenance industry in supervisory role.

? Strong knowledge of aircraft spare parts and materials, including handling, storage, and inventory control.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

? UAE Driving License is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
