THE GIG:
The F&B Storekeeper is responsible for managing a warehouse inventory location, including receiving, storing, inventorying, and issuing Food and Beverage-related items.
What You'll Be Up To:
• Responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing Food, Beverage, Hotel, or Cleaning Products used by the Food Department.
• Participating in the loading of all products necessary for the operation of the Food Department.
• Reviewing & creating CK internal transfers in Odoo for the stocks transferred daily.
• Creating & sending LPOs to respective suppliers.
• Conducting cycle counts for high-valued items to ensure no variance is identified.
• Receiving deliveries & creating internal transfers in Odoo for outlets.
• Updating Food Watch with regards to receiving on a daily basis.
• Assisting the warehouse team, optimizing the use of storage space within the warehouse.
• Verifying the stocks allocated for outlets before loading them into respective trucks daily.
• Regularly checking & monitoring the working condition of walk-in chillers & freezers.
• Overseeing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, including tasks such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, & transferring stocks to outlets.
• Ensuring requisitions are prepared and delivered in a timely manner and in accordance with the requisition timetable.
• Ensuring appropriate FIFO rotation is in place and reporting any issues to the Procurement Manager.
• Participating in the cleaning of all storage facilities according to Public Health procedures and standards.
• Taking scheduled and end-of-voyage physical inventory of the store according to the Procurement Manager's instructions.
• Assisting with cleaning and sanitation procedures, as instructed by the Head Storekeeper / Procurement Manager and the Food & Beverage Director.
• Being knowledgeable about all cleaning materials and chemicals, taking necessary precautions to avoid any bodily injuries or damage to the property.
• Reporting for duties at assigned times and following Superiors' instructions in line with the company's rules and regulations.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Participating in inspections, trainings, and meetings as required by the Head of Department.
• Being familiar with the provision area layout in terms of safety and security.
Super Powers Required:
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Storekeeper or similar position in the food and beverages industry.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures with regard to Hotel and Food & Beverage Operations.
• Good command of the English Language.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email, etc.
