Job Description

•Receiving orders for shipment from the sales manager

•Control of the balance of Finished Products (FP) and inventory items in the warehouseIssuing orders to storekeepers for collection, printing documents.

•Control of the correctness of the set of orders, the appearance of the products, labels, dates (remaining shelf life)

•Providing up-to-date labels, communication with responsible personsResolving issues on replacing missing items in customer orders

•Resolving issues on replacing delivery addresses (changing documents)

•Control of the remaining shelf life of products in the warehouse

•Acceptance of raw materials in the warehouse.

•Organization of loading and unloading operations.

•Direct participation in the collection of orders for shipment; acceptance of FP from production; drawing up acts on defective products, misgrading;

•Receive printouts of orders for the selection of goods for shipment from the warehouse manager

•Selection of orders according to documents Marking of collected orders

•Checking labels (new/old, names, remaining shelf life, barcode)Re-sticking labels if necessary

•Shipment of orders to the vehicleUnloading of goods and materials from vehicles, their placement in storage areas

•Rearrangement of products within the storage area taking into account compliance with FiFo requirements

•Maintaining cleanliness in the warehouseControl of the supplied transport for the movement (packages) of products

•Distribution of work among pickers, control of the execution of orders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
