Job Description
Full job description We are looking for Ware House in-charge & Store Keepers with experience into retail industry mainly garments. Our Warehouse is in Ras Al Khor. This position is accountable for the overall business development of the assigned outlet. You will be responsible to oversee and improve the functions of outlets in terms of Sales, Inventory, Customer Service, Manpower Planning, Shop-floor employee Welfare & Outlet Administration. KEY JOB DELIVERABLES:
- Achievement of annual targets
- Maintain best standards of Customer Services
- Budget preparation & Cost Control
- Store Inventory Management & Merchandizing
- Manpower management, Training & Warehouse Administration
- Control and supervise the operation.
- Follow up on weekly stock count and reconciliation.
- Follow up on daily and weekly expiry date reports.
- Monitor on daily basis the tasks of fulfilment and delivery.
- Supervise and monitor receiving shipments.
- Carry out inspection and check for all quality of the product.
- Manage the warehouse to keep be in good condition, clean and well arranged.
- Must have good communication skills verbal and written.
- Must have Leadership and Teamwork skills.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Warehouse & Store Keeper: 3 years (Required)
