Job Description
\xef\x81\xacMove materials from facilities to workstations, pick-up locations, or other locations
\xef\x81\xacWear safety gear at all times
\xef\x81\xacOperate heavy machinery like forklifts to move or store inventory
\xef\x81\xacEnsure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles
\xef\x81\xacWork as an active team member to complete team goals
\xef\x81\xacPrepare documentation and inventory for audits
Warehouse Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
\xef\x81\xacHigh school degree or equivalent
\xef\x81\xacLicense or certification as dictated by the state to operate heavy machinery as needed
\xef\x81\xacValid driver\'s license
\xef\x81\xacAble to pass drug test/background check
\xef\x81\xacPhysically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shift
\xef\x81\xacPhysically able to lift up to 50 pounds or more
\xef\x81\xacAble to work night, weekends, and holidays
\xef\x81\xacExcellent verbal and written communication skills
\xef\x81\xacAble to work in a fast-paced environment
\xef\x81\xacFamiliarity with inventory software, and able to upload data into the company system
\xef\x81\xacAble to work independently
\xef\x81\xacPays attention to detail and monitors the quality of inventory
\xef\x81\xacWear safety gear at all times
