Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse principles and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The candidate is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of (parts of) the Warehouse activities by the following:

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. - Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures and protocols to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. - Coordinate the movement of materials and products within the warehouse, ensuring that inventory is properly stored, organized, and easily accessible. -Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, tracking stock levels, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective measures as needed. -Manage and optimize the warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and improve workflow. - Collaborate with the logistics team to plan and schedule transportation for outbound shipments, ensuring on-time delivery to customers. -Analyze and report on warehouse performance metrics, such as order accuracy, inventory turnaround, and productivity, to identify areas for improvement. -Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency of warehouse operations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in upply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. - 2-5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
