Spare parts
Manage spare parts and keep items in the store in proper locations as ERP systems.
Receiving parts and issues through ERP systems.
Materials arrival notifications are sent to Project / Account managers and prepared for delivery.
Coordinating with the warehouse for delivery to customers at the agreed time.
Follow up on original customers delivery notes and send them to the purchasing department.
Maintaining Asset receives / issues to employees.
Managing Abu Dhabi Stock counts every end of the year & Supervising DIC (Dubai) warehouse.
Preparing and sending daily reports to the Direct Manager.
Prepare and follow up on purchasing requisition (PR) for Abu Dhabi spare parts.
Managing spare parts to engineers when required.
Managing orders for spare parts & replenishment from suppliers.
