Job Description
OverviewTo ensures all data is recorded in the appropriate databases and updates stock movement data on WMS in a timely and accurate manner.ResponsibilitiesData EntryEnters all data entries related to returns, credit note, missing invoices, actual delivery date on JDE and WMS in order to reflect accurate database.Administrative WorkChecks the received quantities and item codes against JDE references and passes all related transactionsUpdates the daily stock transactions on the ERP system on the same day in order to reflect accurate inventory.Prepares and close the ASN type promo.Records all in / out movements for TPL in order to maintain accurate database.Assists in printing invoices during the night shift.Transmed PurposeActs as a role model by living the Transmed Purpose on daily basisQualifications
- Bachelor or Technical Degree
- 0 -1 years of experience in logistics
