We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant with accounting knowledge who can bring both sets of expertise to our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts. Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming goods. Prepare outgoing shipments and coordinate with logistics providers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Utilize accounting knowledge to assist with financial record-keeping. Handle invoices, receipts, and purchase orders accurately. Assist in tracking expenses and preparing reports as needed. Requirements: Proven experience of 2 - 3 years as a Warehouse Assistant or similar role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in inventory software and MS Office (especially Excel). Excellent organizational and time management skills.
