Description:

The candidate will be heading the Warehousing and Logistics Function and will cover all the Warehousing and Fulfillment Center activities across all Emirates.

The objective of the Role:

Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping.

Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by

supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees

and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.
Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.

Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.

Key Deliverables:

1) Fulfilment of Customer Order (OTIF) :

Order Tracker Sheet and ZOHO: responsible for back-end in/out movements for Order Fulfillment and Inventory update. Manage orders picking, packing, dispatching and delivery arrangements (all website + other sales channels orders). Recording in Zoho returned Items from B2C, online, Pop-Up Shop, and Hotels projects and placing them on allocated shelves.

2) Inventory Management:

Maintaining proper allocated inventory track to ensure proper supply. Cycle counting process implementation to ensure Inventory accuracy. Preventive measures to control None Moving/Slow Moving/ Old/New/Damaged inventory.

3) Receiving, Dispatch, Returns & Fleet Management:

Manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking, packing, invoicing, etc. activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn. Dispatch to be aligned to the OTIF levels defined as per customer requirements.

4) Shipment and Freight Forwarder:

Shipment documentation (from LPO to final payment from vendor: local and import). Freight Forwarder Coordination (selection, award, follow up until shipment arrival). Shipment inspection / QC.

5) ZOHO One operation:

Use and Management of ZOHO ERP.

6) Continuous Improvement, Team Management, and Team Building:

Lay out Continuous Improvement Program, Drive Efficiencies in Cost, and Drive improvements in systems and processes. Managing and controlling a workforce of up to 10 staff, Development of team members to create a multi-skilled talent pool, and grooming potential successors and leaders in the function.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
