Job Description

The Warehouse Administrator (Inbound and Outbound Operations) is responsible for managing warehouse goods in and out, optimizing the ERP system to ensure smooth and accurate processing of warehouse operations. This role focuses on overseeing inbound (receiving) and outbound (order fulfilment and shipping) processes, ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and alignment with business goals. This role acts as a key liaison between warehouse operations and purchasing team, other stock sites, IT etc, providing support to enhance performance.

Monitor and manage goods receipt, ensure goods are received correctly.

Ensure timely and accurate recording of incoming goods in the ERP system.

Coordinate with warehouse teams to streamline receiving process and inventory updates.

Oversee order management processes, ensuring goods releasing is accurately processed, and fulfilled within the ERP system.

Manage shipping logistics and provide information for outbound shipments, ensuring system records are updated in real-time.

Provide shipping information for outbound shipment

Schedules and monitors daily delivery

Collaborate with the warehouse and stores to improve outbound processes and delivery accuracy

Manage internal transfers from freezone to mainland, ensuring documentation is prepared accurately and movement is recorded within the ERP system.

Identify areas for process improvement within inbound and outbound operations.

Inbound and Outbound, Inventory counting reporting.

Prepares list of items for quotation and RFP/RFI response for clients looking for Maintenance services

Requirements:

Experience in warehouse administration (inbound and outbound operation) for at least 2 years

Experience working with an ERP system

Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
